Our “slums” require some conscious upgrading. See this South African example. Low-rise houses that de-congest the ground for roads provision. The households can walk up and down e.g. to light charcoal stoves outdoors for better health.

@UEDCLTD I received this reference number CALL-1607023-G on December 15th, it was related to electrical shocks felt in the house.
Someone called and simply told us to switch off the main switch.
To date nothing has been done. Sad
@UEDCLTD Our distribution box on the pole is open and swings in the wind. The first time it was installed it was merely covered by a black polythene bag, which flew away with the wind. We are getting electric shocks in the house. Please help. I have inboxed too.
