This is a reminder to all parents/guardians that Semester 2 report cards will be emailed to your child this evening Wednesday, April 22. They have been instructed to show you this report card
Due to the recent bus cancellations, the revised secondary examination schedule & professional activity day is as follows:
Period 2 Exam, Wed, Jan 28
Period 3 Exam, Thurs, Jan 29
Period 4 Exam, Fri, Jan 30
Secondary PA Day - Mon, Feb 2
Tue, Feb 3 first day of Semester 2
Due to the cancellation of school buses, and the delay of exams, we have adjusted our exam and PA Day schedules.
The PA Day that was scheduled for Friday, January 30 will now be an exam day.
Monday February 2 becomes a PA Day for all secondary students. The first day of classes for the second semester will be Tuesday, February 3.
Period two exams will be written on Wednesday, January 28
Period three exams will be written on Thursday, January 29
Period four exams will be written on Friday, January 30
Those students who may have extenuating circumstances that would make it impossible for them to write exams on Friday should contact their school principals to discuss alternative arrangements.
County buses are cancelled today.
City buses are running.
No exams will be written today, in both city & county schools.
All Exams that were moved to today, Tues, Jan 27th, will take place on Wed Jan 28th if the buses are running tomorrow.
No school buses are running in the city or county
There will be no period 2 exam today.
The period 2 exam will move to tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan. 27, with periods 3 and 4 falling on Wednesday and Thursday respectively.
The school is open however no exams will take place today.
All school buses in both the county and the city are cancelled for the day. Schools remain open.
Note: Exams at all secondary schools in both the county and the city - including at St. Michael's Adult School - are pushed back by one day.
