i’m ambivalent about the tax increase on passive incomes on higher income residents.

but what frustrates me to no end is the insane property tax exemptions that we give rich boomers with large accumulated wealth:

— automatic 50% property tax reduction
— cap of 2% on property tax growth

so working families need to pay more taxes so that seniors can remain in their oversized homes? absolutely insane policy.
