@SimonWickers @HighwaysEngland @transportgovuk @UKChange I know, I don't think there's a quick answer to this. There are so many cars on the roads (myself included) congestion is everywhere. It's the roads with no hardshoulder by steep embankments that worry me, otherwise I'd hop straight over the barriers to stand away from traffic.
