8 million Ukrainians were killed in WW2. That’s a huge sacrifice from a single nation. Stalin used Ukrainians as cannon fodder. Using every opportunity to wipe us off of the face of the Earth
Canada’s support for Ukraine remains steadfast. I reiterated that during today’s meeting with G7 leaders, which President @ZelenskyyUa and I joined together from Kyiv. We spoke about the current situation and our coordinated response.
Canada will always be a friend to Ukraine and we are here in Kyiv to show our unwavering support. From mapping mines to making sure Russian forces are held accountable for their crimes, Canada is doing its part to support Ukraine.

The sentencing of Sofia Sapega to 6 years in prison for speaking against the Belarusian regime is why we must continue to fight for press freedom in Canada and around the world.
Belarus must stop threatening and intimidating journalists.
The Limits of Privilege in a Post-Roe World. It simply not true that the reproductive options of white, middle-class & wealthy people are going to remain the same … the reality is that everything is about to change, for everyone. @rtraister https://t.co/I2CeULh6ta
@jerrysaltz It is a wonderful work! One of my favourite Matisse subjects, the world of the artist. Materials, colour, novelty all of that crap aside, the true genius of the work lies in how it’s artistry is achieved through a phenomenal balance of both the emotional and thought worlds!
