The 1st award went to a team who'd exceeded expectations when attending an RTC with multiple patients, some badly injured.
They were nominated by OTL Mark 'I witnessed the team give their very best effort to provide excellent care.' 👇

This was so moving. Spontaneously stopped off at the London Bridge station organ to play a couple of pieces for the Queen. This lovely security guard, Marcella, asked if I could play Lascia ch'io pianga. Turns out she trained as a singer! ❤️😭

Sending a shout-out of appreciation to the call handlers and crews @SECAmbulance & @Crawley_Police for their help when we discovered an unconscious man needing CPR on a walk last night. Reassuring, quick & caring responses by all 😇. And hoping beyond hope they saved the chap 🙏
We're delighted to share that the first episode of Channel 5’s ‘999: Emergency Call Out’, which features the work of our Joint Response Unit (JRU), run with @kent_police, will be screened on 17th August!

We have experienced a loss of water at our control centre in Coxheath, Kent. We have enacted well-rehearsed contingency plans to ensure we continue to deliver a service to patients including moving staff to our West EOC in Crawley and our 111 call centre in Ashford, Kent.
PLEASE SHARE - Our amazing staff are working flat out in this heatwave. Here's how you can help them. Only calling us if your emergency is serious. If it isn't deemed serious, you can expect a long wait and even may be asked to make your own way to a medical facility. Thanks.
Our crew have just done a demo with @SECAmbulance and @EastSussexFRS. Collaboration like this ensures we can save lives and provide the best possible outcomes for our patients. 💙🚁
