@samanthastrong @ChrisWilsonEdu @AstonMedicine You need to make sure you have "Allow attendees to switch groups" ticked. Although it sounds obvious it's the normal error. 😀

@ChrisWilsonEdu @samanthastrong The secret to pre-assigned groups is the students knowing which group they are in, you creating the groups empty & the students moving themselves into the right group. We do this in @AstonMedicine with 24 groups, across 4 concurrent sessions, twice a day. It works really well.
