Huge loss faced by issue with @jainambroking Limited in Sensex Options on 12-Jul-2024
1) Around 10:54:59 AM I faced problem exiting my SELL option positions in SENSEX with @jainambroking Limited. I reached broker through whatsapp support. They confirmed there is problem from exchange side.
2)Then I tried exiting the positions and orders were kept on rejecting. I tried BUY orders multiple times But orders were still getting rejected then I got a call from jainam office at 11:00:01 that everything is back to normal now you can place your orders and check it So I Placed orders and they were still getting rejected again after some time got call stating same thing that now its working properly you can try placing orders I tried and exited my positions orders were shown successful and my SELL/ BUY positions in SENSEX squared off.
3)By 11.30AM as per the broker terminal I dont have any SENSEX positions left open and no active trades in SENSEX at 11.30AM. I confirmed broker that I got the exit. Later after 11.31 I started my trading again and brought down my losses by 3.20PM my loss was 1,25,412 only. I asked for admin positions as well from Jainam Office and it was also showing same thing
4)Today (14-Jul-2024) once I got the contract note I realized that many BUY trades got executed at exchange and were not reflected in front end of with @jainambroking Limited terminal resulting in total loss of 9,33,407 Additional to that they have added me a short margin penalty as well worth 37,187 With GST. It is clear failure of not showing my actual positions of exchange. How will anyone know their positions if the exact exchange positions are not reflected in broker front end.

I Have Raised Complaint in https://t.co/RyEZXkCtrj seeking refund of excess loss being shown in my ledger as well as contract note.
