With the servers having tons of issues, it's safe to assume the bot that detects exploits might be having issues too. I would be really cautious about trading right now until things are stable!

I heard from something launce said, that if you send another email after your previous one, it bumps both emails to the back of the line, making wait time longer. The support team is likely flooded with false ban appeals, so it might take a little longer to hear back from them!

@NiaSoni13 Be very careful with trading right now as the bot that detects exploits is falsely banning people with failed trades I think. It happened to me.

@MissyAstrid Many people are experiencing false bans. I was banned but emailed support and they got back to me in 4 hours to undo it. I hope they fix this soon 🙏 🥲

More people are getting banned from failed trades this morning unfortunately, again I highly recommend emailing RH support to anyone who has encountered this glitch. They were extremely helpful and got back to me in four hours to lifted the ban. #royalehigh #royalehighcampus3

I put my streak in vacation mode and I won't be touching the trading hub for a while until this blows over haha. Be very cautious when trading during this time!

UPDATE: Royale high staff got back to me and changed the ban. 🙏 I advise everyone to email rh support with your situation if you were banned due to the glitch/bug! It seems they are aware of the issue and are fixing it!

@Dry_icexz It's an issue that's been happening to lots of people unfortunately. Tell them to contact royale high support with their username & all the details about what happened so the devs can be made aware of it!
