When one is the ‘only’ in a department, it can be helpful to be in-person, building community w/others who have had similar experiences in science. How do we support BIPOC scientists if we go to online meetings for sustainability? Both important.

Changes include: CSDC user accounts, no longer compiling Latex within the proposal system & new features like proposal recall, co-I read/write!

My daughter took an European History AP exam this week that referenced and article by a British journalist in 2017 named Kathie (or Katherine) something that suggested that (paraphrasing here) slavery was bad BUT history only seem to remember the bad things... anybody know this
