I just attempted to use the Flight hanger app to update the firmware on my new Velocity One Flightdeck and the throttle has now been able to update however the stick as soon as I click on the firmware tab the application stops responding. 1/2 @TurtleBeach

@TurtleBeach So far there are two reviews on the app with the same issue one thing new I have seen is there is a popup with "System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array" so far I have done a clean install of the application and even used a separate pc.

@TEAMBHxG @RobertsSpaceInd I've had the same issue along with many others. One friend intentionally didn't do anything to fix it but reset the launcher and eventually got in. I did all the fixes recommended client side so hopefully it's just overtaxed servers at the moment
