Hello po. Pwd nyo po ba I cover yung issues ng mga consumers regarding fake and bogus reviews sa mga major e commerce platform ? Unfair po kasi sa mga consumers . Thanks
@cherylcosim

[Tor Vic @Astrobong78]

@alvinelchico Sir @alvinelchico pwd po b next issue is yung mga bogus and fake reviews sa mga major e commerce platform . Most of it are deceiving and it's not helping consumers decide which items to purchase . @DtiPhilippines

[Tor Vic @Astrobong78]

@DtiPhilippines @gmanews @ABSCBNNews @rapplerdotcom @cherylcosim @News5PH @iamkarendavila Fake reviews constitute deceptive advertising and unfair trade practice, violating also DTI DAO 22-14 (E-Commerce Rules) and RA 8792 (Electronic Commerce Act).

[Tor Vic @Astrobong78]

@DtiPhilippines pls issue clear rules and strictly regulate fabricated, incentivized, and misleading reviews on major Philippine e-commerce platforms .
Consumers need organic reviews from REAL customers

@ABSCBNNews Go Binoy! Baguhin mo saligang batas! Do it in your own, from scratch. Do not seek help from any lawyers, advisers and your staff to be. Big word yung saligang batas a. Pa recite pala muna preamble...
