🎬 요즘 AI 영상 제작 방식을 조금 바꿔봤어요.

예전에는 아이디어가 떠오르면 바로 영상 프롬프트부터 만들었는데, 이렇게 하면 캐릭터나 소품이 바뀌거나 장면 연결이 어색해지는 경우가 많더라고요.

그래서 이제는 아예 영상 제작 과정을 실제 촬영 준비처럼 설계하고 있어요.

① 콘티 / 스토리부터 확정
먼저 30초 전체 이야기를 만들고
Hook → 확대 → 반전/Payoff 구조와 캐릭터 동선을 결정합니다.

② 레퍼런스 이미지 제작
스토리가 확정되면 필요한 이미지를 따로 준비해요.

👤 인물 — Character Sheet
🎒 소품 — Prop Sheet
🚌 차량 — Vehicle Sheet
🏙️ 장소 — Location Reference
🗺️ 조감도 + 동선 — Spatial Blocking Reference

캐릭터 시트는 얼굴 클로즈업과 정면·측면·후면 전신을 넣고, 복잡한 소품이나 차량은 앞·뒤·좌·우까지 따로 만들어 구조를 고정합니다.

특히 조감도에는 캐릭터가 어디서 출발하고, 어디로 뛰고, 어디에 착지하는지까지 표시해서 AI가 공간을 이해하기 쉽게 만들어줍니다.

③ 레퍼런스 검수
캐릭터 외형, 소품 색상, 차량 방향, 장소 구조, 이동 경로가 서로 충돌하지 않는지 확인합니다.

④ 마지막에 영상 프롬프트 작성
모든 것이 정해진 뒤 Dola나 Seedance용 프롬프트를 만듭니다.

30초 영상이라면
10초 × 3블록으로 나누되,

1번 마지막 동작 → 2번 첫 동작
2번 마지막 동작 → 3번 첫 동작

이렇게 연결해서 하나의 영상처럼 이어지도록 설계합니다.

결국 제가 정리한 방식은

STORY
→ CHARACTER
→ PROP
→ LOCATION
→ SPATIAL BLOCKING
→ VIDEO PROMPT

AI 영상도 이제는 프롬프트 한 줄보다
사전 제작 설계가 훨씬 중요하다는 걸 배우는 중입니다. 🎥✨
