A Russian Geran-2 drone (Shahed variant), part of a large Russian swarm attacking Ukraine’s Izmail port, crossed ~10km into Romanian airspace. Radar tracked it for ~4 minutes before it hit a 10-story apartment building in Galati, starting a fire and injuring a woman and child (minor burns).
