@TheKoopaGuy You could get into semantics about food safety regulations varying from province/state, but ultimately it just comes down to how casual the restaurant is. If I'm paying 30 bucks for a burger, you bet your ass I want it rare and I want a cook in the kitchen that can make it happen

@TheKoopaGuy I feel like it comes down to how casual the place is. I've been to America as well as Ontario, Quebec and Alberta. Fast food doesn't really care, but as soon as you go to a gastropub, a swankier sports lounge etc, it's either asked at the table or in fine print on the menu
