Pulikali (Tiger Dance), which recreates a hunt, is a vibrant art form that’s more than 200 years old. The highlight is the body-paint in yellow, black and white stripes to resemble tigers. One of the most popular enactments of the Pulikali which takes place at the Swaraj Round in Thrissur, will be held today.
