-Supreme Court has Dismissed today a Petition seeking Cancellation of CBSE Compartmental Exams

-But the question is, why, at the first place, young students are being forced to approach Court for every exam?

-Why can’t Govt cancel all such Exams till COVID-19 pandemic subsides?

-But we are strongly opposing it!

-We neither want State Autonomy nor University Autonomy at this stage

-We just want Cancellation of final exams & degree on the basis of past performance

-Despite our Written Request, Education Ministry & NTA have not yet postponed NEET & JEE Exams

-Meanwhile, COVID cases are rising alarmingly & students are suffering from severe stress & anxiety

-So, we are filing a Petition in Supreme Court TODAY for postponement of NEET & JEE

-CLAT postponed indefinitely

-CBSE/ICSE/NIOS/IIT/NLU/CA & many other Exams already cancelled (when COVID cases were comparatively LOW)

-Then why not Cancel/ Postpone UGC Final/ NEET/JEE etc (When COVID case are alarmingly HIGH)?

-Why to force students to Anxiety & Uncertainty?
