Montreal media are reporting that Quebec is seeking federal funds to cover a big chunk of the money Hydro Quebec supposedly was going to invest in the new Churchill Falls MOU.

That means a portion of YOUR federal taxes would go to Quebec to pay for the sweetheart deal that the Liberals are pushing ahead for purely political reasons.

This is why we need to pause all talks with Quebec, and be part of the broader Team Canada approach on the new energy corridor.

The Liberals need to stop rushing. We can't afford another bad deal for 50 more years.
