@TBrenson810 @theboybailey69 @JamesEsses You can’t claim it if you’re a higher rate taxpayer. The spouse giving it has to be earning less than £12,570 and the recipient has to be a basic rate taxpayer. It currently saves them £252 per year. I don’t think anyone is getting married just for that!
