Yesterday, a man was murdered in broad daylight by officers of the Nigerian Police Force in Delta State.
Story: He had gone to a park to collect a parcel. The park leaders asked him to open it for inspection. Upon opening the parcel, they found a pistol and four live rounds of ammunition. They immediately restrained him and called the police.
The police arrived under the command of an officer identified as Nuhu (also known as Ogbegbe) and were instructed to take the suspect to the police station. Instead of doing so, the officer opened fire on him, killing him before he could be taken to the station.
The Force Headquarters in Abuja has ordered the arrest of Officer Nuhu and directed that he be brought in to face disciplinary action.

Growth, they say
It’s not always pretty sometimes it looks like outgrowing people, unlearning habits, and choosing peace over comfort. But in the end, it’s becoming someone your past self prayed for.
