Why did I ape into $BIRBSTR?

Because founder @spencer clearly thinks the NFTStrategy model works and aligned founders matter.

Mechanics I’m watching: there’s ~15 ETH in the strategy treasury right now. (https://t.co/Pud8PRq9rl) If they use protocol fees to buy Moonbirds from the strategy’s own portfolio, that’s direct fuel for the flywheel.

If that buy happens, per the current parameters it would auto-route roughly 15e into token buy-and-burn, which tightens float and can accelerate price momentum.

Second catalyst: Moonbirds TGE. The market already expects it. If the team announces a firm date, floor prices can jump quickly as attention and liquidity rotate back.

Even a ~10% floor move can be enough to trigger the contract, rotate the held birds, and kick off a domino effect: more fees → more buy/burn → stronger reflexivity.

$7M mcap is realistic if these catalysts hit and the treasury acts.

🚨 Binance SEIZED $9,163 from my account!

• As someone who has supported crypto for years, I now understand why traditional stock investors are hesitant to trust this market. I want to share my painful experience with you. 👇

• Without any explanation or notification, my Binance account, which I’ve been using for years, was suspended, and I’m not allowed to withdraw my funds.

• The reason they gave is that the wallet I sent money to was “suspicious.” I had made a deal with a globally recognized influencer for advertising, and I sent $150 to the TRC20 wallet he provided. This withdrawal failed, and my account was suspended because the wallet was deemed suspicious.

• I contacted the wallet owner and learned that the wallet belongs to one of the largest exchanges in Dubai – not even a personal wallet. This was simply a $150 transfer from my Binance wallet to another exchange’s wallet. That’s all.

• Now, here’s the most absurd part. If Binance’s security policy is this strict, on what grounds are they holding my remaining balance?

• The response from the support team was even more tragic. They told me that the investigation might take until November 11 and that they “understand this could be frustrating.” 😂 They even suggested, “Please take this time as a pause to focus on other aspects of your personal life.” They’re practically mocking me. 😂

• @binance You do everything to get us to deposit money, but when it comes to withdrawing, there’s a problem?

• If you’re using Binance, be very careful with your transfers. Pay attention to where you send your money, which exchange you’re transferring to, or you might fall victim to Binance’s ridiculous security practices. You won’t find anyone to talk to.

• If you truly want to feel secure in web3, stay in the decentralized space. Keep your funds in cold wallets. What happened to me today could happen to you tomorrow.

• Losing $9K today saddens me, but it won’t change my life. What bothers me most is Binance’s unjust policies.

• I’m a lawyer and will pursue this injustice. I’ll fight against Binance’s unfair policies to the end. I’m ready to spend a fortune if needed and collaborate with the best global lawyers, but I won’t let this go. I’ll do everything possible to seek compensation.
