Google is rolling out a new way to get back into your account if you’re locked out.

Some users can now verify their identity with a quick selfie video.
If you ever forget your password or can’t sign in, Google will ask you to record another selfie video and compare it with the one you already set up.

Google says the videos are encrypted, protected against deepfakes and fake photos, and you can delete them whenever you want.

The feature is rolling out gradually, so not everyone has it yet.
