It's true SE could have taken cues from RS and Tri-Ace, but SE only ever cared about their own graphics technology, for better or worse.

@jholtillus @Akeruyri If your 600 does see an unfortunate accident like that, you can actually buy replacement tips.

I didn't actually damage mine, I wanted to convert my .5mm into a .35mm. It didn't work.

Now whether or not the replacement parts are available in red is a different matter entirely.

In my experience so far, the screenshots have been rather low quality.

But it is less of a hassle.
