I run a biotech startup in india which is revenue generating and hence not incubated anywhere. How do I get access to research papers?

I cannot afford to buy subscriptions of all the relevant journals (not that rich yet). I am not eligible in ONOS scheme (since I am not a govt educational institute). Only way out for me (sci-hub) was taken away from me by Delhi high court.

Now I have to request my friends in academia in India and abroad to send me PDFs. This has risk of the hint of research I am doing in my company getting leaked out.

Why cannot a startup India registered and DPIIT recognized startup be part of ONOS and get access to all the journal articles free of cost (OR for some subsidized fees from startups like us)?
