@RailwaySeva @IRCTCofficial Travelling in M1 coach of Utkal Kalinga Express from Puri to Jhansi. Big jolt in the coach whenever the train brakes. Charging points are very loose; chargers keep coming out and phones cannot charge. Train is already late. Please look into this.

Ola food should be banned, not able to fulfill orders and providing no customer support as well. From 1 hour it's on order recieved state and no updates in that and this is happening in all of recent orders.
