I think it’s really important to remind the public that just because Cops deal with traumatic incidents everyday, it doesn’t mean that we’re used to them, or forget about the victims.

I know Cops across the Capital are shocked and deeply saddened by the passing of the two victims from this year’s Notting Hill Carnival.

Police Medics and Public Order Officers did their best to help the victims at the time of the incidents and will have been hoping for a full recovery for both of them.

Thinking tonight of the Victims of these two senseless incidents, their families and loved ones at this incredibly sad time. #ThinBlueLine 😔🚨
