Meet the Agami Heron! You'd think that its ornate plumage would make it easy to spot, but it’s known to keep very still for long periods of time as it waits for fish to come near, making it difficult to find in its wetland habitats in C. & S. America.

On the Facebook page for “Powdermill Nature Reserve”, they banded a bilateral gynandromorphic Rose-breasted Grosbeak.
