Many people get lost in rabbitholes with productivity and health. They end up spending more time on meta-work than work. They often don't have a specific goal in mind, and become productivity porn addicts.

It is entirely possible that I am doing this now with health and optimizing T levels

But something just clicked 1.5 months ago where making "good decisions" became easier, more rewarding, more fun

I've talked to a few other people who also talked about getting into these amazing positive virtuous cycles. Where things just became better and easier. Now I'm trying to deconstruct this process

Cautiously and optimistically, so far I have not found diminishing returns to doubling down on my health (and T levels), in this stage of my life
