Of course the Belgian PM was threatened personally by the Kremlin. He either has to ignore the threats or step down. He can’t oppose sending to the money to Ukraine because of fear. Millions of Europeans will die because of his personal fear if he succumbs to it.

📌 Drapatyi, who was urgently redeployed to Kharkiv Oblast in May 2024 to halt a Russian breakthrough from the Vovchansk direction, successfully accomplished that mission. He previously commanded the liberation of Kherson Oblast in 2022. He is also the officer who chose to resign following a tragic training-ground incident, taking responsibility for the failure of his subordinates to carry out his orders.

📌 Drapatyi became a legend of our time due to a memorable moment in 2014, when pro-Russian separatists had taken control of Mariupol and blocked the Ukrainian Army’s movement. Two BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicles from one Ukrainian unit broke through the makeshift barriers — the commander of the lead vehicle was Mykhailo Drapatyi himself.
