@VChristianus @darwintojesus I never said I deserve the treatment of prophets. Your own religion claims ordinary people witnessed miracles, from healings to seeing Jesus multiply food. Apparently God could provide them extraordinary evidence without compromising faith or free will.Why selectively withhold i?

@VChristianus @darwintojesus Nor am I claiming I “deserve” a prophet’s treatment. You’ve missed the point: if direct revelation is compatible with free will and relationship with God, then “God must remain hidden” needs another explanation. Why does a loving God selectively provide vastly different evidence?

I’m asking why a God who supposedly wants a relationship with me, is omniscient and omnipotent, chooses not to provide reason for me to believe He exists. Those aren’t my assumptions about God, they’re claims made by your religion 1/2

@VChristianus @darwintojesus And “faith” doesn’t solve this. God supposedly revealed himself far more directly to others without removing their free will. So why selectively remain hidden from me? Whatever explains God’s hiddenness must also explain why that same reason didn’t prevent those revelations. 3/3

@VChristianus @darwintojesus I don’t need to define exactly what evidence would convince me. That’s the point of omniscience: God would already know. If God knows what would convince me, is capable of providing it, and genuinely wants a relationship with me, why am I still sincerely unconvinced? 2/3
