@AlboMP Will the Parliamentary Joint Committee be given sufficient power to prevent a reduction or enforce an increase in NACC's budget, rather than just report to Parliament? If so, you have my support. It would be a shame for under-resourcing to prevent effective functioning of NACC.

@DarNT @konv57 @cityofdarwin @PalmerstonNT Well, if we had $660,000,000 income, like City of Sydney, and businesses overwhelmingly paid more rates than residential, plus numerous commercial tenancies, enforcement income etc, it may be possible.
Not with $40M income, and only 15% from commercial rates and 85% residential
