Today we held an informational picket in front of the Cargo Facts Symposium to bring our negotiations message directly to @ATSGinc management and leaders in the cargo industry. Learn more: https://t.co/2HQ3gkmqKc #CFS24#ContractNow#StrikeReady
After years of delays, we are united and prepared to strike if @ATSGinc fails to offer a fair contract. We’ve shown our commitment—now it’s time for ATSG to do the same. #CFS24#CargoFacts#StrikeReady
We have waited over 1,579 days for a fair contract. The time for delays is over. Either @ATSGinc delivers a market-based agreement, or pilots will be compelled to strike. Unity is strong. #CFS24#CargoFacts
After years of stalled negotiations, we're demanding action. We’ve driven profits and kept operations running smoothly—now @ATSGinc needs to deliver a contract that reflects our worth. #CFS24#CargoFacts
After more than 1,500 days in negotiations, @ATSGinc Chairman Joe Hete stated again today that the Company has no plans to reach an agreement before 2025. With these public statements, it is exceedingly difficult for @AirTransportInt management to defend their position that they are ‘trying’ to reach agreement with our pilots. #primetimeforacontract

“Four years in negotiations for a market-based contract is unacceptable,” said ATI ALPA Master Executive Council chair Capt. Mike Sterling. “ATI pilots consistently deliver profits and excellent performance, yet ATSG continues to fail to deliver us the contract we deserve.”

Thank you to the @AirTransportInt pilots who came out today to demonstrate our commitment to achieving a market-based contract, and thank you to the @DaytonAirShow for inspiring future aviators ready to take on the skies. We hope that by the time they're in the flight deck, airlines like @ATSGinc will fully recognize the value of professional, dedicated, trained for life pilots. It's Prime Time for at ATI pilot contract.
This week @ATSGinc reported poor earnings—again—for Q4 2023. What CEO Joe Hete failed to mention is that @AirTransportInt, ATSG’s largest air carrier, had an outstanding quarter with record-breaking peak operations for Amazon, yet continues to deny its pilots the overdue, market-based contract they deserve.

Today, the @AirTransportInt pilots, represented by @ALPAPilots, officially requested the National Mediation Board (NMB) declare an impasse and proffer binding arbitration in their contract negotiations with their airline. This is the first step in pursuing a legal strike to achieve an industry-standard contract.

“We operate under the same rules, in the same airspace, on the exact same routes. The airplanes cost the exact same to operate,” says Hoy. “Everything is exactly the same, except for our pay.”
