A big thank you to everyone at @Team_ESNEFT@ESNEFTChaplains for your incredibly kind words and wishes. It has been my pleasure to complete this calligraphy piece for Colchester Hospital, and I pray it provides hope and support to all!🙌🤲
Dr Atif Siddiqui created a beautiful piece of calligraphy for Colchester Hospital chapel. Atif who recently left ESNEFT to start a new job found the chapel to be an important place for him during his time at ESNEFT and wanted to contribute something towards it 1/3

Alhamdulillah, we hosted @BritishIMA Lifesavers for a second year at SWIC, with a record turnout of 100 people. Our aim was to bring the community together to teach lifesaving skills such as CPR, to as many people possible! Insha’Allah we hope to continue with this in the future!
@AtifASiddiqui@2x718281828459 Completely agree with everything you said Atif! In particular that your rizq is pre-written, you can find a way to do what you enjoy whilst also maximising personal time and earning potential, and that taking an F3 can help revitalise you. There's defo no rush to make a decision
@2x718281828459@awadalla_ahmed 5/ Sorry last thing 😅bit of advice I got this year which I thought was good, is to take a bit of time out (eg F3) to see if it’s the burnout and demotivation thats making you change career options. A little break can clear your mind and rekindle your interests! Hope this helps🙂
@2x718281828459@awadalla_ahmed 4/ Obvs I would 100% say that personal time and money are blessings and very important too, but if you find something you enjoy bro, deffo don’t let the system demotivate you. There are always ways to do what you enjoy without compromising these factors greatly 🙌🙌
@2x718281828459@awadalla_ahmed 3/ Also with money, remember your Rizq is pre-written, just work with good intentions iA. I feel like looking to see where the money is can sometimes spiral to an unhealthy mindset.
@2x718281828459@awadalla_ahmed 2/2 Yes it’s a hard slog now, but iA later down the line it will be so much better. In the current state of things it can be difficult, but remember being a doc is a massive privilege, blessing, and responsibility from Allah swt 🙌
@2x718281828459@awadalla_ahmed 1/1 Sorry to randomnly chip in lol. As someone who has spent ages thinking about career (factoring in money, personal life, etc), I thought I would give my opinion. My conclusion after a lot of thought and time is to follow what you enjoy! 🙌
Ramadan Mubarak to all 🕌 I wanted to share this really nice article on what Ramadan is and how you can support your colleagues during this special month. Thank you Dr @usamabasit for this beautiful piece!
NEW: This blog is about supporting colleagues who may be fasting, not putting your foot in it and clinical issues.👭

As we continue to roll out patient access to electronic health records, we must take care not to perpetuate existing healthcare inequalities.
@AleenaHossain_ and @amirhannan share key lessons to avoid this

(2/2) Alhamdulillah we had a fantastic turnout, and joined hundreds of mosques across the UK hosting this very event at the same time! We hope this initiative will give people the confidence to actively save lives should they encounter an unwell person!
(1/2) Today we hosted @BritishIMA Lifesavers event at South Woodford Mosque. The aim of this annual event is to raise awareness of cardiac arrest in the community and teach members of the community how to perform basic life saving skills, such as CPR, and choking management!
@DadVader_@ESNEFTChaplains@Team_ESNEFT Thank you so much. Absolutely, the multi faith chapel is such an important place in the hospital setting. I wish the best for you and your family 🙌
