A couple of other things to consider and I am saying this completely as an amateur.
Try using ollama with mlx or pure mlx instead of ollama.
Also Install Hermes as an agentic framework. I am seeing some interesting differences. The biggest one is that I see Hermes creating its own skills as it is learning what I want
