@katergordon @DXdelivery Hi Kater, They did! 6 hours after the allotted time slot on the rescheduled day . It was quite stressful. When I spoke to the driver, he said it’s because this delivery route was on his route home so waited till the end of his shift 😒 hope you got yours

@DXdelivery I’ve waited all day yesterday for my passport delivery. Can you tell me why is wasn’t delivered? The driver was in the neighbourhood and then left without attempting to deliver after making me wait at home all day. Tracking Number
