The coach is full of people sitting without tickets in S5 of vibhuti express plus the train is already running late by 8 hrs ..there is a child and ladies can't access the washroom bcoz the passage is crowded and full of people without tickets

As per a notice issued by the University, the institute is hence closed sine die for all international students from Nepal and they are directed to vacate the university campus immediately today on 17th February.
