@AmericanAir The entire crew was great but Brent was above and beyond!! Please pass on. Many times crews in coach (lazily) sit in back for entire trip but not this crew. On 1/15 outbound #AA 10am LAX-MIA they put up sign "help yourself," like it was a lemonade stand. Tacky/unprofessional.
