@eddiebauer I ordered a coat which did not fit. Since you pulled out retail stores here, the only way to exchange for the right size is by mail. Being told I have to pay a return fee then reorder (with the item no longer on sale) is Not exactly love language.

@Experian_US I tried calling customer service and the automated system says it can only transfer certain callers to a live person. I am locked out of account and resetting option doesn't work. Hard to fathom companies trust Experian for credit when there isn't a human in site to assist
