I enjoy gaming on my PS5 Pro & Xbox Series X.(PS Plus & Game Pass)
I like fun games , exclusives and specific studios are not important to me.

Alinea Analytics reported Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater only sold 500,000 copies in its launch week across PS5, PC and Xbox.
Just two days later Konami shared an official press release announcing 1 million copies sold.

There are no promises on any public release, but Codemasters have path tracing on PS5 Pro F1 25 working in demo form at 1080p30, pre PSSR upscaling. More details: https://t.co/0n9JYm75yY
@oliemack Native PSSR2 integrates earlier in the pipeline with access to motion vectors and G-buffer data. That’s fundamentally different from post-process PSSR. Worth a fresh analysis.
EA showed a demo at GDC with full PATH TRACING on F1 25 running on PS5 Pro at 30FPS/1080p upscaled to 4k with PSSR
Digital Foundry is set to cover this on their new episode of the weekly podcast which will be out on Monday. The Patreon version is up already. They show clips from the presentation showing the PS5 Pro running full Path Tracing on EA Formula 1 2025.
https://t.co/avERV86hHX
The standard path tracing runs at 20fps on PS5 Pro but EA said they are using some proprietary path tracing tech called “EA SEED ORCA” to achieve 30FPS with 4k PSSR on PS5 Pro. Rich from DF mentions that even better performance might be possible if they drop the base resolution lower and let PSSR make up the gap.
As of now there is no official F1 update coming to add this feature for consumers, it’s more of a tech demo to show what’s possible. But it’s exciting to know that path tracing might actually become a viable possibility for PS5 Pro in future titles on quality modes.
Pragmata's image quality and performance profile is - as you might expect - similar to Resident Evil Requiem. And while it's great on PS5 and Series X, PS5 Pro is a clear cut above: https://t.co/lnHG4d2Prv
PlayStation 5 hardware sales in the US reached a 2026 high in unit and dollar sales during the week ending April 4th, just before the PS5 price was increased!
Overall spending on video game hardware for that week nearly doubled compared to the same week a year ago in the US.

@digitalfoundry Pointing out issues is important, but repeatedly highlighting cherry-picked scenes can make the overall evaluation feel distorted. I’d appreciate a more balanced analysis that also includes the frequency and impact of these issues.
@oliemack Instead of just making videos complaining, they should be examining loading times, such as comparing whether the monorail travel time has improved.

People thought this was fake PS5 Pro Cyberpunk 2077 footage because people trusted DF's poor analysis.
DF missed that Cyberpunk on PS5 Pro has RT Reflections on glossy surfaces like water, not just windows.
DF's quality/accuracy in the last year has factually never been worse.
@oliemack@Ryangofett_2490 DF’s “limited RT reflections” claim is technically true, but misleading.
CDPR confirmed RT applies to all transparent surfaces, not just cars.
The result is a hybrid system where RT impact is visually much broader than DF suggested.
@Ryangofett_2490@oliemack You're right that rough surfaces rely heavily on SSR.
However, the key point is that not all reflections fully disappear with camera movement.
If it were pure SSR, they should vanish completely.
The fact that some reflection persists suggests RT contribution, likely in a hybridRT
