Late this afternoon, the Atlantic City Fire Department quickly extinguished a fire on the boardwalk outside Resorts Hotel Casino. No injuries are reported at this time and the cause is being investigated.

ATTENTION: Station 6 which is first due in the Lower Chelsea section of the city is closed due to the potential of lead dust contamination. This was uncovered during ongoing renovations to the station. Station 6 personnel are currently running out of station 4.
Earlier this evening, the wind flipped over a tractor trailer on the corner of Oriental and Congress Ave, causing its fuel tanks to begin leaking diesel fuel. The situation Was handled by Station 1 of the 4th platoon.
