@CFDevelop Not at all, I know many leaders that are developers. they tend to be the ones that lead the teams and more often than not take architectural responsibilities.
I also know many developers that are not leaders and don't want to be. That is why all teams have leaders, IMO.
@CFDevelop I have a hard time seeing anything being done without leadership that own the responsibility for the products success financially both short term and long term.
All team have leaders after all, otherwise they would just be a group with similar goals?
@CFDevelop I guess that depends on your definition of a team? If you have a product organization defined as a team, that would be a very large team with legal, marketing, finance and so on. The idea that such a large group could successfully manage a product by consensus seems odd?
