The biggest problem is that the current administration is not training our youth from primary to be artisans,every matriculates want to go to varsity,we need bricklayers,painters,tilers,boilermakers,carpenters ,motor mechanics to mention but the few

The formal education must create the infrastructure for these streams of employment. They do not just spring up from nowhere, we do not have even the apprentice artisanal system which allows for informal training of these kinds of employment
