@HDFCBank_Cares The ombudsman has closed the matter even before securities can declare its stance. HDFC Securities are saying HDFC bank is tracking this issue. Stop this nonsense of making me run table to table sir.

I am HDFC Bank customer for past 20 years and be rest assured i have kept more funds than the minimum you sought. your staff fails to understand the problem we communicate over mail. Since past days i have not been able to download a/c statement.

I am not asking for another standard response. I am asking HDFC to identify who was responsible for communicating the applicable benefit, provide the relevant records, explain the brokerage charged, and take ownership of the resulting grievance.
