Earlier this week, I started having mild cold symptoms—a runny nose and a slightly elevated temperature (tracked by my Oura Ring). I did a 36-hour fast, and the symptoms faded afterward. I’m now back to my regular 20-hour daily IF routine. Fasting is amazing! 🙂
