@arnob1@arindam___paul Hey Arnob! Quick clarification here: The Intellon comes with 4 modes. The Adaptive Mode is where the machine auto-decides the purification method based on your TDS. However, if you want, you can switch the RO + UV mode on the app at any time and set it as your default mode.
