Seattle City Light is eventually moving to time-of-day rates. Based on this Reddit comment I made this visualization
My fridge uses about 1 kWh per day; the 2025 rates are 13.75¢ and based on using 1/24 kWh per hour the new rate would be 12.75¢ per day
