Beloved people of Iran, my courageous compatriots,

Over the past two weeks—especially in the last four days—you have shaken the foundations of the illegitimate Islamic Republic through massive, nationwide demonstrations. Now, relying on your overwhelming response to the recent calls, and with the public mandate I have received from you, I am announcing a new phase of the national uprising to overthrow the Islamic Republic and reclaim our beloved Iran.

1. Inside Iran: In addition to taking and holding the central streets of our cities, all institutions and apparatuses responsible for the regime’s propaganda and for cutting communications are to be regarded as legitimate targets. Employees of state institutions, as well as members of the armed and security forces, have a choice: stand with the people and become allies of the nation, or choose complicity with the murderers of the people—and bear the nation’s lasting shame and condemnation.

2. Outside Iran: All Iranian embassies and consulates belong to the Iranian people. The time has come for them to be adorned with Iran’s national flag, in place of the disgraceful banner of the Islamic Republic.

We stand on the threshold of reclaiming our beloved Iran from the Islamic Republic. Khamenei and his regime have already suffered several heavy blows at your hands, and we must not allow them a moment to recover. The regime faces a severe shortage of forces of repression; the increase in gunfire against the people is not a sign of strength, but of fear—fear of collapse and an accelerated downfall. We will not allow these criminals to spill any more of our young people’s blood. We will not give them that chance. We will not retreat.

Iran’s freedom is near. The blood shed by Iran’s immortal sons and daughters guides our path to toward victory. We are not alone. International support will soon arrive. Standby for my next messages. Very soon, we will reclaim our beloved Iran back from the Islamic Republic, and celebrations of freedom and victory will fill every corner of our country.

هم‌میهنان دلیرم،

رژیم جنایتکار جمهوری اسلامی و خون‌شویانش در تلاش برای فریب جهان و خرید زمان، این دروغ بزرگ را می‌گویند که در ایران همه‌چیز «عادی» است. اما میان ما و این رژیم قاتل، دریایی از خونِ فرزندان ایران قرار دارد. تا زمانی که خامنه‌ای و رژیم تبهکارش به زباله‌دان تاریخ نروند، و تا جنایتکاران مجازات نشوند، هیچ‌چیز در ایران عادی نیست.

خون بهترین و شجاع‌ترین فرزندان میهن، اجازه سکوت و عقب‌نشینی به ما نمی‌دهد. اگر با کشتار و حکومت نظامی، هزینه خیابان را بالا برده‌اند، خانه‌های ما سنگر مبارزه و ایستادگی است: با اعتصاب و نرفتن سر کار، با فریاد و شعارهای شبانه.

از این رو، از همه شما هم‌میهنان شجاع در سراسر ایران می‌خواهم روزهای شنبه تا دوشنبه، ۲۷ تا ۲۹ دی، رأس ساعت ۸ شب، با شعارهای ملی، صدای خشم و اعتراض خود را بلند کنید و به جهانیان نشان دهید پایان این جنایتکاران ناایرانی و ضدایرانی نزدیک است. جهان شجاعت شما را می‌بیند و از انقلاب ملی شما حمایت‌های آشکارتر و عملی‌تر خواهد کرد.

به شما اطمینان می‌دهم که ما با هم ایران را پس ‌می‌گیریم و دوباره از نو می‌سازیم.

کجای این نرمال است که رهبر یک اپوزیسیون را به صورت پیش‌فرض «دیکتاتور» بدانند و سوال‌شان این باشد که آیا جایگزینی یک دیکتاتوری با دیکتاتوری دیگر به صلاح است یا خیر؟

«در حال تدارکات لازم برای بازگشت به ایران در اولین فرصت هستم»

در دومین روز از فراخوان اعتراضات سراسری، شاهزاده رضا پهلوی در گفت‌وگو با شبکه منوتو اعلام کرد در حال فراهم کردن تدارکات لازم برای «بازگشت به ایران در اولین فرصت ممکن» است و نقش خود را «ادامه و تقویت حرکت اعتراضی» توصیف کرد.

شاهزاده با اشاره به نقش «نسل جوان» و تجربه نسل‌های مختلف از حکومت جمهوری اسلامی، گفت جامعه امروز «برای پس‌گرفتن کشور از غاصبان» ایستاده است و رسیدگی به بحران‌های اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی پس از فروپاشی نیازمند برنامه‌ریزی است.

شاهزاده رضا پهلوی از کارکنان حوزه نفت، گاز و نیرو خواست «منبع درآمد نظام را قطع کنند» و از رانندگان و کامیون‌داران نیز خواست با پیوستن به اعتصاب و حمایت از مردم، «هزینه سرکوب» را مختل کنند. او گفت: «اگر آن‌ها اینترنت را قطع می‌کنند، ما باید منبع درآمدشان را قطع کنیم.»

شاهزاده پهلوی همچنین از کارکنان رسانه‌ها و بخش‌های فنی مرتبط با اینترنت خواست از اجرای دستورهای حکومتی برای قطع یا تضعیف ارتباطات خودداری کنند.
