Magyar Brovdi’s, command @usf_army @414magyarbirds - recent recommendations mentioned for the Baltic States in Preparing for a potential russian invasion

1. Establish a Border Buffer Zone
Create a 2–5 km-wide buffer zone along the border with russia. According to Brovdi, this distance is optimal for the dense deployment of drones capable of denying enemy movement. The terrain should be prepared in advance by clearing selected forested areas and modifying the landscape to support unmanned defensive operations.

2. Build a Fiber-Optic Command Network
Deploy an extensive network of fiber-optic communication lines connecting UAV launch sites. This infrastructure would enable drone operators to control systems remotely from protected command posts, reducing their exposure on the front line.

3. Develop Mobile Counter-UAS Air Defense
Rapidly establish mobile air defense units dedicated to countering unmanned aerial systems. These units should be capable of engaging the full spectrum of aerial threats, including FPV drones, reconnaissance UAVs, and long-range loitering munitions such as Shahed drones.

4. Expand Brigade-Level Unmanned Systems Units
Create dedicated Unmanned Systems units within every brigade, each comprising at least 300 drone crews. These formations should be capable of conducting border patrols, deep reconnaissance, FPV strike missions, and nighttime multicopter operations.

5. Build Deep and Medium-Range Strike Capabilities
Invest in Deep Strike and Medium-Range Strike capabilities to provide not only a credible defensive posture but also the ability to conduct precision retaliatory strikes against targets deep inside enemy territory.

A recommendation that shoun’t be treated as a threat alert but worth serious consideration as proactive measure based on #UkraineWar experience
