So you really allow merchants to scam people out of $ with no accountability then hold the consumer responsible for the fraud? I've been dealing with a fraud "coach" since Sept who acknowledged a refund in writing! Do SOMETHING!
@md_ashraf89@amazonIN They are being ridiculous! I have the same issue they asked me to file a police, did that along with providing camera footage of no delivery and it's still not good enough. It's out of control!! I'm not going to be out of $500 and no items.
@amazon I have camera footage showing my items were not delivered at the time stated nor were they left with the receptionists b/c we don't have one, yet you're refusing to send a replacement or refund without a ๐ฎโโ๏ธ report! Made the report and it's still not good enough! Stop it.
@AmazonHelp I filed a police report. I provided the report number 2022-078-004786 along with a screenshot of the incident slip and that was not good enough. I provided the video footage and was told they can't accept that either
