@NadraPak My permanent address is Jhang, Punjab, and my child's place of birth and Union Council Birth Certificate are also from Jhang.
Kindly clarify why my child's CRC number was issued based on my temporary address instead of my permanent address in Jhang, Punjab?

@NadraPak Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. My child was also born in Jhang, Punjab, and the birth place is correctly mentioned as Jhang on the birth certificate/CRC. However, the CRC number starts with 13302, which appears to correspond to Haripur. so resolved the issue.

@NadraPak However, the issue has not actually been resolved. The CRC number remains unchanged, and I have not received any clarification or explanation regarding my concern. My concern is that my permanent address is in Jhang, Punjab, while my current/temporary address is in Haripur,

@NadraPak Dear NADRA Customer Care Team, I am writing regarding my complaint No. 5515885923, which was lodged through the Pak-ID Mobile App concerning the CRC (B-Form) number issued to my child. The complaint has now been marked as “RESOLVED”, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Why the NTC act and service structure is not yet provided?
